THE Consultancy acted for and advised Olympus Property Holdings in the design development and successful leasing of the Olympia Theatre to Trafalgar Entertainment. The Theatre will hold c.1575 ticket holders, making it one of the most significant investments in the London arts and entertainment market for a considerable period of time.

AEG Presents Live Music Venue
THE Consultancy acted for and advised Olympus Property Holdings in the operator selection, design, development and successful lease negotiation with AEG Presents for a c.4400 capacity live music and events venue at London’s Olympia building on Olympia’s music heritage which Steve Homer described as “steeped in British music history as far back as Jimi Hendrix in the ’60s”.
